Helen Cox

Helen Cox is an Associate Solicitor in Ellisons Private Client Law department in the Chelmsford office, specialising in advising individuals, families and business owners on Wills, estate planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and estate administration.

Since qualifying in 2008, Helen has worked closely with a range of clients helping them protect their assets and plan for the future with clarity and confidence. Helen’s background in a family run business gives her practical insight into the challenges that business owners face, including succession planning, safeguarding family wealth and managing responsibilities that span both personal and commercial life.

Helen is approachable and always happy to talk through concerns, explore options and provide guidance that supports long term peace of mind and continuity of advice.

Helen is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and holds both a LLB and LLM.
