We provide a bespoke service recognising that a breakdown in family relationships can involve complex emotions and will require clear and comprehensive advice.
With our extensive experience, we can guide you through your relationship difficulties in a sensitive, pragmatic and effective way. We assist clients across a wide range of issues including domestic abuse, divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial arrangements on separation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and children matters. We also regularly act for unmarried couples in all cohabitation matters. Please see below for our full range of specialisms.
Appointments with our Family and Divorce Solicitors can be made at our offices in Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Frinton-on-Sea for face to face appointments or virtually via video or telephone.
We offer a free exploratory call, so that we can discuss your needs and look to match your specific circumstances with the right specialist family lawyer in our team who would then have an initial fixed fee meeting with you for up to an hour.
During the fixed fee meeting, we would be able to provide you with initial advice, tailored to you and we would confirm this advice to you in a comprehensive follow up letter. Our clients often comment on how helpful this written letter of advice is – it provides focus and clarity, setting out clearly what options are available and assists you in being able to make informed decisions about the best way forward for your future.
Our team receive excellent reviews and feedback from clients, and this is something that we are very proud of.
Our Family and Divorce Solicitors are all members of Resolution which is a national organisation of family professionals that adhere to the Resolution Code of Practice.
