Advocacy is where we represent a client at Court. Our specialist family lawyers can undertake advocacy for our clients which include Court proceedings relating to the following areas:
– Children Act proceedings (excluding Fact Finding Hearing and Final Hearings)
– Financial Remedy proceedings (excluding Final Hearings)
– Injunction proceedings (Non-Molestation Order and Occupation Orders)
We pride ourselves on offering clients a professional and confident service whilst always making the client feel at ease at Court. Court hearings can be daunting, and we would always recommend that you obtain legal advice as soon as possible and ensure you have legal representation at Court.
We also offer Agency Services to other firms of solicitors, and so if you have a client that you would like to refer to us so that we can undertake the advocacy for you, please do contact us. We are happy to assist with clients who have cases in the Family Courts in Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. We can discuss with you your specific requirements to ensure the service is tailored to your client’s needs and will provide you with a detailed estimate of our costs.
We have a range of team members that can carry out advocacy and we will match your specific circumstances with the right specialist family lawyer in our team in respect of experience and costs.
If you would like further information, please contact Francesca Easter, Partner who will be happy to discuss matters with you.
