Samantha Markham

Samantha is an Associate, Chartered Legal Executive in Ellisons’ Family team in Ipswich. Samantha specialises in all aspects of family law and has extensive experience in dealing with financial remedy proceedings and complex Children Act proceedings, involving aspects of domestic abuse including sexual harm, and coercive and controlling behaviour.

Samantha’s commitment to client care focuses on prioritising her client’s best interests and delivering exceptional service during some of the most challenging times.

Samantha is a member of Resolution which is a national organisation of family law professionals committed to non-confrontational and constructive resolution of disputes. Samantha is also a member of the local Resolution committee and is a Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer, after having undergone specialist training for this.

Samantha studied via the Institute of Legal Executives and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2013.
