Courtney is an Associate Solicitor in the Private Client team based in the Bury St Edmunds office. She is experienced at advising clients in the preparation of Wills and setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney and offers support and guidance whilst administering the estates of family members, including advice on all aspects of inheritance tax and succession planning.
Courtney has worked in the Private Client sector since 2014, building up valuable practical experience over the years. She completed her law degree and Legal Practice Course at the University of Derby, qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) in September 2021, and later cross-qualified as a Solicitor in December 2023.
Courtney grew up in Suffolk, giving her valuable local insight alongside a strong commitment to building trusted, long-term client relationships.
Courtney appreciates that private client matters are often deeply personal and can sometimes feel overwhelming. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with her clients, providing reassurance and clear guidance at every stage.
