Nicola joined Ellisons in 2021 and is a Partner and Head of the Private Client team.
Nicola has over 20 years’ experience in the Private Client sector, having qualified into this area as a solicitor in 2002, and has practiced in Suffolk since 2003.
Nicola is a full accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning, and a champion for those living with dementia.
Nicola specialises in high net worth advice, succession planning and estate administration, and the creation and administration of trusts for inheritance tax mitigation and for vulnerable individuals.
Nicola works closely with accountants and financial advisors to ensure her client’s receive complete and rounded advice in order to achieve the best outcome for them.
Nicola provides clear and expert advice on all aspects of private client work, and prides herself on working efficiently and with purpose.
