Sarah White

Sarah is a Senior Associate in Ellison’s Private Client team.  She is primarily based in Colchester but is available to see clients from any of our offices.  Sarah specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration with a focus on high-net-worth estates.  She also specialises in elderly client work and is a Dementia Friend.

Sarah has been named as a recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 for many years having been named previously as a Next Generation Lawyer, Rising Star and Rising Associate.  She is currently ranked as a Leading Associate and has been recognised for her elderly client work.

With over 18 years’ experience in private client matters, Sarah is committed to delivering a high standard of client care and to providing bespoke advice based on client’s individual needs.  Sarah is often instructed by clients at a challenging and emotional time and aims to handle all matters efficiently and in a sensitive manner.

Sarah is a Fully Accredited Member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a national organisation of lawyers who are committed to providing and promoting robust, comprehensive and independent legal advice for older people, their family and carers.

She has been a volunteer for several local charities who help the elderly and vulnerable and is a Trustee for Age Well East.
