Andy Hewes is a Chartered Tax Advisor with over 25 years’ experience, specialising in capital taxes and providing tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals. Throughout his career, he has worked across both accountancy and solicitor practices, gaining exposure to a wide range of client scenarios.

Drawing on this extensive experience, Andy takes a practical, real-world approach to tax advice, always considering his clients’ unique circumstances and personalities. He works with a vast array of clients from Knights of the Realm, and directors of companies that are household names, to business start-ups and those who are just starting on their careers and business – tailoring his guidance to meet their specific needs.

Andy’s proudest achievement is qualifying as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 1999, primarily through self-funded study. Known for the difficulty of the exams, passing without a formal training contract remains a highlight of his career. He was also selected for the National Leadership Program during his time at a national accountancy firm, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence.
