Our team is large enough to provide our clients with a full range of expert advice upon all aspects of the sale of new build plots and properties, whilst remaining small enough to provide a personal service to our clients, many of whom have enjoyed using our services for many years. Our aim is to work in partnership with our clients and their professional advisers, in order to achieve our clients’ goals and to seek solutions where others may only see problems. We offer pragmatic and practical advice, with a view to ensuring that our clients are able to sell the units with maximum efficiency, whether the site consists of 2 units or 2000. We believe that it is this philosophy that has led to the growth of the team and an excellent record of client retention.

Our Plot Sales team works closely with our Development Land Acquisitions team and Site Set-up lawyers (Alison Hare and Kerry Fielding) to ensure a comprehensive service and seamless support for all our Developer clients.
