Bethan is a Partner in Ellisons’ Commercial Property team in Ipswich. She specialises in all aspects of property law but has particular experience in land acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial and mixed use development sites, to include advising on planning agreements, statutory agreements and financing.
Bethan acts for a wide range of clients including high-profile individuals, investors, developers, financial institutions, private and institutional funders.
Bethan is renowned for her great client communication and ability to get things done.
Bethan completed her Law Degree at University of Southampton, and then her Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin, Cambridge. Bethan joined Ellisons as a Paralegal in 2013 and completed her training contract with the firm in 2016. Bethan was promoted to Senior Associate in 2022 and Partner in 2024.

- Acting for landowners and purchasers in connection with conditional and unconditional Contracts for Sale
- Acting for both landowners and developers on Option Agreements
- Acting for both landowners and promotors on Promotion Agreements
- Advising landowners and developers on various planning and statutory agreements
- Advising on property aspects of corporate acquisitions, disposals and investment arrangements
Outside the office
When not in the office, Bethan loves to play netball, go on family hikes and travels as much as possible with her family.
