Alison Hare

Alison is a Senior Associate in Ellisons’ Commercial Property team, based in Colchester. She specialises in all aspects of commercial property law, with particular expertise in residential and mixed-use development site set-ups. Her work includes drafting and negotiating complex legal documents such as Conditional Contracts, Overage Agreements, and Option or Promotion Agreements. Alison also provides valuable professional support to colleagues within the Commercial Property team.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, Alison has built a diverse 14-year career across both private practice and local government. She has worked at mid-sized law firms in Braintree and Bishop’s Stortford, as well as within local authorities in Hertford and Cambridge, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her practice.
