Rebecca is a Chartered Legal Executive within Ellisons’ Commercial Property team, based in Colchester. She specialises in general development site set up and all associated site set up transactions, and dealing with the new build plot sale transactions, working closely with developers to support the smooth and efficient progression of new build projects. Rebecca also collaborates with other professionals as needed to ensure clients receive a comprehensive and coordinated service.
She began her legal career as a Junior Legal Secretary and, driven by a desire to progress professionally, began her CILEx training in 2015. Rebecca fully qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in September 2025.

Rebecca enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also loves musical theatre, dancing, going for long walks, listening to music, and reading.
