Ellisons has advised Britton Properties Limited on multiple lettings at Brook Park West, Clacton, as the site continues to attract leading national retailers and food operators.

Brook Park West is one of Clacton’s most prominent retail and commercial destinations, home to occupiers including McDonald’s, Lidl, Wickes, Pets at Home, Costa and Marston’s. Two new units are currently on the market with joint agents Fenn Wright, providing further opportunities for businesses to join the thriving scheme.
