Stewart is a Senior Associate in Ellisons’ Commercial Property team, advising clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions. He has particular expertise in secured lending and regularly acts for developers on site acquisitions and disposals.
Known for his responsive and solutions-driven approach, Stewart works closely with clients to understand their commercial goals and deliver practical, timely advice that supports successful outcomes.
Having grown up in Colchester, Stewart takes a genuine interest in the growth and development of the local area – something that further strengthens his connection with clients and projects across the region.

Outside the office
Stewart enjoys playing golf, dog walking, traveling and claims to be a gym “member”, although is more likely to be found in the sauna than the gym!
