Wendy Martin

Wendy is a Legal Director in Ellisons’ Commercial Property team, based in Colchester. She advises on all aspects of commercial property law, with particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants across a broad range of sectors.

Wendy completed her Law degree at the University of Essex, followed by a Master’s degree at the University of Nottingham and the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University. She qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and, prior to joining Ellisons, spent over 15 years working with leading regional firms, building a strong reputation for practical, solution-focused advice.
