Supporting Essex families through legal challenges

The Chelmsford office is headed by Senior Associate Solicitor Sally Ward, who has specialised in family law since 1994. Sally is a trained Collaborative lawyer and also a trained Resolution Together Lawyer.  She always listens to what her clients wish to achieve and advises them without using legal jargon – making the entire process as straightforward as possible for her clients.

The Chelmsford office is located on New London Road, and is a short 15-minute walk from Chelmsford train station. It is also situated next to Moulsham Street car park.

We act for clients across Essex, including Althorne, Hatfield Peverel, Great Dunmow, Battlesbridge, Boreham, Brentwood, Broomfield, Danbury, Maldon, Shenfield, Wickford and Writtle.

We offer a free exploratory call, during which you’ll have the opportunity to discuss key details with one of our experienced family solicitors in Chelmsford. We will then be able to suggest the right person in our family team to work with you moving forward. After your initial call, we’ll arrange a fixed fee meeting of up to an hour with your solicitor at a time and date convenient to you. You’re more than welcome to meet your family solicitor in person at our Chelmsford office or we offer the fixed fee meeting remotely, either by video call or telephone call. This meeting will give you the opportunity to discuss your case in detail, so that our family solicitor can discuss and advise you on the options available moving forward.
