Ross is a Partner and heads up the Real Estate team in Chelmsford.
Ross has over 20 years’ experience in the property sector and specialises in secured lending and development.
Ross is known for his ability to deal with unusual and challenging transactions where he works closely with clients and their other professional advisors. He regularly advises borrowers on bridging, equity and development finance deals.
In 2018, Ross established the firm’s Chelmsford office with corporate partner, Paul Forsyth. The Chelmsford office has grown rapidly with a strong property offering which is regularly engaged by institutional lenders and investors.
