Rosanna Sayers

Rosanna is an Associate Solicitor in Ellisons’ Commercial Property team, based in Chelmsford. She advises clients on all aspects of commercial property, with particular expertise in leasehold enfranchisement. Rosanna provides clear, strategic guidance to both landlords and tenants, helping them navigate the complexities of lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and freehold purchases with confidence.

Rosanna studied Law with Business at Nottingham Law School before completing the Legal Practice Course. Following qualification, Rosanna gained valuable experience as part of the in-house legal team for one of the UK’s largest freeholders, where she developed in-depth knowledge of leasehold enfranchisement matters.
