Peter Davies

Peter Davies is an apprentice solicitor in Ellisons’ Commercial Property team. Peter is based in the Chelmsford office and assists the team with a wide range of commercial property matters.

As part of his apprenticeship Peter is training to qualify as a solicitor. He assists the team with a wide range of matters including: secured lending; landlord & tenant work; acquisitions & disposals; and telecommunication leases & licences.

Peter also regularly works with the Insolvency and Commercial & Corporate teams to provide specialist property support.

Peter is currently working towards his law degree and qualification as a solicitor.
