Nathan Howe

Nathan is an Associate Solicitor in Ellisons’ Commercial Property team, based in Colchester. He advises clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, offering clear, practical guidance tailored to their commercial objectives.

With a strong understanding of complex property matters, Nathan supports a wide range of clients from landlords and tenants to investors and developers, helping them navigate acquisitions, disposals, leases, and portfolio management with confidence and efficiency.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Nathan spent eight years in the City as an Equity Derivatives Broker, specialising in hedge fund execution trading and delta one trading.

Nathan holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Nottingham Trent University and achieved Distinctions in both the GDL and LPC at BPP University in London.
