Joshua is a Solicitor in Ellisons’ Corporate and Commercial Team, based in Chelmsford. He advises businesses on a range of corporate matters, including asset and share acquisitions and disposals, corporate re-organisations and shareholder agreements.
Joshua holds a First Class Honours Degree in Law with International Relations from the University of Portsmouth, before completing the Legal Practice Course combined with MSc in Law and Business Management, achieving grade Distinction. His previous experience includes working as a paralegal in Switzerland for an international consultancy firm, before qualifying as a Solicitor with an Essex-based firm in 2023.
