Ellisons has advised Morgans Group on its acquisition of Fox’s Yacht Sales, marking a significant step in the continued growth of the group’s marine business interests across the East Coast.
The acquisition brings Fox’s Yacht Sales into Morgans Group alongside Fox’s Marina & Boatyard and Fox’s Chandlery, strengthening the group’s position within the leisure marine sector and creating a more integrated offering for customers throughout Essex and Suffolk.
Operating from Fox’s Marina in Ipswich and a second base at Woolverstone Marina, Fox’s Yacht Sales offers new yacht and motorboat sales, used boat brokerage services and authorised parts supply. The business has also recently launched a new website, providing customers with an enhanced platform to browse listings, explore brands and connect with the sales team.
Ellisons’ Corporate and Commercial team was led by Partner Petra Sharp, supported by Associate Solicitor Adam Kanharn.
