Andrew is a Partner in Ellisons’ Commercial Property team in Chelmsford.
Andrew has a wealth of experience in commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of land for residential and commercial development, advising on conditional contracts, options and overage agreements, and acting for both landlords and tenants in the granting and assigning of commercial Leases and Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 lease renewals.
