Ellisons has advised R.G. Taylor Engineering Holdings Limited, led by Ian Berney, on the acquisition of R G Taylor Engineering Limited by way of a management buy-out (MBO).
Based in Ilford, R G Taylor Engineering Limited is a well-established plumbing and heating contractor, specialising in the design and installation of plumbing and heating systems for both public and private sector projects.
The strategically significant transaction was completed within an impressive two-week turnaround, highlighting Ellisons’ ability to deliver efficient, commercially focused legal advice under tight timeframes.
The deal was led by Paul Forsyth, Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial at Ellisons, alongside Joshua Perry. Rosanna Sayers provided commercial property support, while Rickard Luckin, advised on tax matters.
