Shah is a Senior Associate in Ellisons’ Residential Property team, based in Chelmsford.
Shah specialises in all aspects of residential transactions, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties, and shared ownership schemes. Known for his calm and meticulous approach, Shah has earned a reputation as the go-to lawyer for complex matters – from unregistered titles and flying freeholds to easements and rights of way. Clients value his clear guidance and confidence-inspiring expertise at every stage of the process.
Shah completed his Law degree at the University of London and went on to earn a Master’s in Law from Anglia Ruskin University in 2006. He is fluent in Tamil, Malay, and Indonesian, allowing him to support a diverse range of clients with ease.
