Hayley Coleman

Hayley joined Ellisons in 2022 and was appointed Head of Client Services in 2026. She brings over 15 years of client-focused experience, gained from international technology companies and UK Law firms.

Hayley leads Ellisons’ client onboarding and front office functions, ensuring a seamless client experience and full compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. A passionate and people-focused leader, she is committed to building high-performing teams who ensure that client needs remain at the forefront of every interaction.

Hayley has an LLB honours degree, a CILEX Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and an ICA International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering. Hayley is a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association (ICA).
