Emma is a Senior Associate in Ellisons’ Dispute Resolution team, specialising in a broad range of contentious property matters. She has significant experience advising on both commercial and residential disputes, offering clear and strategic guidance.
Known for her practical and client-focused approach, Emma works closely with individuals and businesses to deliver tailored solutions to complex legal issues.
Emma studied Law at the University of Kent in Canterbury and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course. She is also a member of the Property Litigation Association, a leading professional body for specialists in property-related disputes.
