Emily Turner

Emily is an Associate Licenced Conveyancer within the Colchester Residential Property Team at Ellisons.  Emily handles a varied caseload and specialises in leasehold properties.

Emily has over 9 years worth of experience within residential property she enjoys working on a diverse work load and wide-ranging client base spanning Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, London and Essex.  She always accepts a challenge and therefore enjoys working on quirky properties, leasehold titles and tight deadlines.

She is recognised for her dedicated and solutions-focussed approach, always taking the time to understand her clients individual needs.  Emily is committed to providing clear supportive guidance and ensuring clients feel confident throughout the process.

Emily is a member of the Council of Licenced Conveyancers and qualified in March 2023.  She holds an LLB Law Degree from the University of Essex.
