Ellen is currently on maternity leave.
Ellen is a Chartered Legal Executive in Ellisons’ Dispute Resolution team.
Ellen began her career with the firm in 2019 as a Legal Secretary in the Insolvency and Debt Recovery team, part of the Dispute Resolution department. She then worked as a Legal Advisor in the team while studying with CILEx in order to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive
She has since qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive, continuing to support clients with a practical and solutions-focused approach.
Areas of Specialism
- Corporate insolvency, including Winding Up Petitions, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, Company Administration
- Personal insolvency, including Bankruptcy Petitions, Annulment Applications
- Debt recovery, including Statutory Demands, acting for both creditor and debtor advising on debt recovery
- Enforcement matters including charging orders, third-party debt orders and attachment of earnings orders
- Commercial disputes in an insolvency context, including contractual disputes
- Officeholder remuneration applications

Ellen enjoys socialising with friends and family, reading and keeping active.
