Charlotte is a Solicitor in the Insolvency and Debt Recovery team.
Charlotte advises on corporate and personal insolvency matters and acts for a range of clients, including Insolvency Practitioners, individuals and businesses.
Charlotte is known for her pragmatic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Charlotte studied LLB Law at the University of Sunderland and graduated with a 2:1 classification in 2019. She then returned to Essex and studied the Legal Practice Course and combined Master in Laws at the University of Law in London part time whilst working full time at a large regional law firm. She graduated from the University of Law in 2021 with commendation. Charlotte completed her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2023.
Outside the office
Outside of work, Charlotte is an avid horse rider, caring after her own horse. Charlotte also enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
