Ellisons has advised Morgan Marine Holdings Limited in connection with its acquisition of Fox’s Holdings Limited, the parent company of Fox’s Chandlery Limited and Fox’s Marina Ipswich Limited.
The acquisition represents an important strategic investment for Morgan Marine, enhancing its position within the UK marine sector and expanding its operations in leisure marine retail and marina services, including its online chandlery.
The transaction was led by Petra Sharp (Corporate) and Susan Ryan (Commercial Property), with support from Paul Forsyth and Adam Kanharn (Corporate), Nathan Howe (Commercial Property) and Jonathan Insley (Employment).
