Ellisons has advised Cargo Secure on the purchase of a 54,710 sq ft warehouse in Kenton, supporting the business’ ongoing programme of rapid expansion.
Cargo Secure, which is based in Felixstowe, has been actively increasing its operational capacity throughout 2025, acquiring significant land and warehouse space to meet growing demand across its logistics network.
Ellisons’ Commercial Property team, led by Partner Bethan Williams, acted on the transaction, providing strategic advice to ensure a smooth and efficient acquisition.
