Ellisons has advised Red Lane Group Inc, a Canadian private equity investor, in its acquisition of an industry-leading enterprise software business.
The transaction represents a strategically important investment for Red Lane Group Inc., strengthening its international portfolio and presence within the technology sector.
This cross-border deal highlights Ellisons’ growing international capability and experience in advising clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
The transaction was led by Paul Forsyth, Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial at Ellisons, with support from Abigail Williamson.
