Ellisons has strengthened its Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of Carla Jones as Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation.
Based in the firm’s Chelmsford office, Carla will lead Ellisons’ Commercial Litigation practice, advising clients on a wide range of business disputes including breach of contract, breach of restrictive covenants and confidence, civil fraud, and breach of directors’ duties. She also brings experience in shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, and defamation.
Commercial litigation continues to be a key area of growth for Ellisons. Businesses across the region are increasingly seeking early, strategic advice to manage risk and resolve disputes efficiently. Carla’s appointment reflects the firm’s commitment to supporting clients through complex commercial challenges with practical, results-focused guidance.
