Ellisons has strengthened its Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of Carla Jones as Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation.
Based in the firm’s Chelmsford office, Carla will lead Ellisons’ Commercial Litigation practice, advising clients on a wide range of business disputes including breach of contract, breach of restrictive covenants and confidence, civil fraud, and breach of directors’ duties. She also brings experience in shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, and defamation.

Carla’s appointment reflects the firm’s commitment to supporting clients through complex commercial challenges with practical, results-focused guidance.
