Stevan is a Partner and Head of Injury Services at Ellisons, based in Ipswich. Stevan specialises in personal injury claimant litigation and represents clients injured in workplace accidents, road traffic accidents and accidents in public places. He represents clients who have suffered serious and complex injuries including acquired brain injures and spinal injuries. He also acts for bereaved families following fatal accidents.
With over 15 years’ experience, Stevan understands that, for many clients, their accident can be the start of one of the most traumatic and difficult periods of their life, which can impact significantly on them, their family and their work. Getting early, specialist advice from a lawyer who can help them through the legal and rehabilitative journey will usually be crucial to maximising their recovery.
Stevan has helped clients recover millions in compensation, regularly ensuring that they have access to early private rehabilitation. He has always prioritised his relationship with clients and is known for providing an extremely high standard of client care.
Stevan is an APIL accredited Personal Injury Litigator and is a Trustee and volunteer at the Suffolk Law Centre.
