• Disputes which arise between the beneficiaries and executors of an Estate, or co-executors of an Estate;
• Claims against the validity of a Will, on grounds of undue influence, fraud, lack of testamentary capacity, fraudulent calumny and/or want of knowledge and approval;
• Bringing and defending claims for financial provision from an Estate under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975;
• Bringing and defending claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (“TOLATA”);
• Proprietary estoppel claims;
• Claims involving the rectification of a Will;
• Claims involving the removal of an Executor of an Estate; and
• Disputes concerning the administration of trusts.

Outside the office

Laura loves the outdoors and loves to exercise. She cycles, runs and hits the gym regularly. She loves spending time with family, especially long Sunday morning dog walks. Laura is a mum to two keen footballers so spends a lot of her weekends on the sideline, whatever the weather!
