Holly Smith

Holly is a Solicitor in Ellisons’ Commercial Property team based in Colchester, specialising in all areas of Commercial Real Estate.

Holly obtained her law degree from the University of Lincoln, graduating with a 2:1. Following university, she gained over three years’ experience as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Department at a local firm, where she developed strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.

While working full-time, Holly completed her LLM in Legal Practice part-time at BPP, graduating with merit. She began her training contract in 2021, completing seats in Residential Property, Wills, Trusts and Probate, and Commercial Property. Holly qualified as a Solicitor in 2022.
