Efficient and experienced

We are regularly consulted by members of the United States Air Force, Veterans, Civilians and Contractors including at RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall and RAF Alconbury.

Some of the cases we have helped with include;

  • Active duty personnel who are looking to remain in the UK following retirement / separation on the basis of family ties in the UK including British spouses
  • Civilians working in the UK who wish to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (permanent residence) on account of their long residence in the UK
  • Representing a civilian member whose leave to remain had expired and filing an exceptional application with the Home Office citing compelling and compassionate reasons
  • A civilian component member/contractor who has retired and is looking to remain in the UK on account of his marriage to a British spouse.
  • A civilian component member/contractor who has unfortunately let their permit expire and needs to make an application to regularise their status in the UK.
  • An applicant who has had long service in the UK and is looking to apply for permanent residence (indefinite leave to remain) on account of their long residence in the UK.
  • An applicant who is looking to change their employment to outside the Base and is seeking advice upon the options available to them.
  • Sponsoring family members including spouses and children.

In addition to assisting individual clients, we also  have experience of supporting US Corporate Entities who are working under contract with the US Department of Defense and we regularly provide such entities with advice on sponsoring workers on the local economy under T2 (Skilled Worker) permits.

We also help individuals abroad looking to apply for work permits to enter the UK to work for US corporate entities in the UK, working under contract with the US Department of Defense.
