Cost of service
Our immigration team offer a wealth of expertise in resolving your immigration matters. This area of law is complex and changes frequently and as such our service is tailored to your own unique set of circumstances. Our fees can range widely depending on the type of application you need to make and the complexity of your case. Please see the table below which details the types of support we offer and our fee range for each matter.
A fee estimate will be provided to you once we have undertaken an initial consultation to understand the scope of work involved.
VAT at rate of 20% will be charged at the appropriate rate on top of all fees and disbursements.

Disbursements:
In addition to our costs, you will need to pay certain disbursement costs;
- Fees for Interpreters. These will depend upon the service required and quotes can be obtained prior to the instruction of an interpreter
- Immigration Health Surcharge payments
- Tuberculosis testing
- Life in the UK test charges
- English Language Test charges
- Biometric Enrolment Fee
- Immigration Skills Charge
- CoS Fee
VAT may be charged at an additional 20% where applicable.
Other costs
- Onboarding fee – £20+VAT
Typical timescales
In our experience, cases can take anywhere between 4 days and 18 months to be processed depending on the complexity of cases and the timescales set by the Home Office. As a result of this, we will endeavour to provide you with a timescale for completing your application during the initial consultation stage.

Complaints procedure
We aim to offer all of our clients an efficient and effective service but if you are unhappy then we want to know. If you cannot resolve a problem directly with the person who is handling your matter, then details of our complaints procedure can be found here.
Should this not resolve the concerns you have, you are of course within your right to contact the Legal Ombudsman.
