Ellisons Solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Senior Associate Solicitor, Sally Ward to its growing Family team based in Chelmsford.
Sally is a highly experienced family lawyer with 30 years of experience working within this practice area. As a family law expert, Sally is well versed in dealing with all aspects of family law, including divorce and relationship breakdown, cohabitation, financial and children matters.
Sally is a member of Resolution and she is collaboratively trained. Resolution is a national organisation of family justice professionals committed to non-confrontational and constructive resolution of disputes. Sally likes to work with clients listening to what they wish to achieve and advising them without using legal jargon so that they have a realistic understanding of the law and can make the right decisions for themselves and their family. As part of this process, Sally will look at all the alternatives for resolving matters including working together with professionals from outside the legal profession, such as mediators, financial advisors and counsellors.
