Ellisons has completed the letting of a newly constructed commercial property in Melton, Suffolk, to leading veterinary services provider CVS Group.
The substantial two-storey building, extending to approximately 620 sq m, has been secured on a 15-year lease and will undergo a high-quality fit-out for the tenant.
CVS Group operates more than 500 veterinary practices across the UK. The letting represents a significant investment in the area and highlights continued demand for high-specification commercial space in Suffolk.
Ellisons’ Commercial Property team, led by Ellen Petersen, supported the landlords, Hawke Optics Limited, throughout the transaction. The deal was brokered by Peter Elsom of Elsom Spettigue and follows a year-long negotiation process.
