Ellisons has advised Ben Collings on the sale of Manage X Solutions Ltd to GRP Global Limited. The transaction included the disposal of Manage X Solutions’ subsidiary companies Showcase AVi Ltd, Showcase USA LLC, and Spaces Services Ltd.

The sale represents a significant milestone for Ben and the wider group, bringing together a well-established business with an international footprint and a buyer positioned to support its next stage of growth.

The Ellisons team was led by Paul Forsyth, Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial, and Abigail Williamson, who worked closely with Stuart Sheldrick of Affinia.

The transaction was delivered to a highly compressed timetable, with Heads of Terms agreed at the end of November and completion required in the first week of January to meet the client’s commercial objectives. Achieving this deadline required close collaboration between advisers and extensive work across the Christmas and New Year period.

The deal is particularly significant for Ellisons, having advised Ben on the original acquisition of Showcase AVi as the first transaction completed from the firm’s Chelmsford office following its opening. Ellisons has continued to support Ben and the Showcase group on a range of matters since that time and was pleased to advise on the completion of this latest chapter following the firm’s recent move into its new Chelmsford premises.
