Ellisons has advised national distributor Cargo Move Ltd on the letting of Unit 5 at Eastern Gateway, Ipswich, securing 44,022 sq ft of high-quality warehouse and logistics space.
The strategically located site, situated off Sproughton Road close to the A14 and A12, has been developed to the highest specification and provides a total of 160,782 sq ft of new build accommodation for Ipswich. The scheme has achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification and an EPC ‘A’ rating.
Ellisons’ Commercial Property team, led by Partner Philip Roberts and assisted by Molly Bailey, acted for Cargo Move Ltd, guiding the client through a fast-track legal process to enable immediate occupation of the unit.
