Molly is a Senior Associate Solicitor in Ellisons’ Dispute Resolution team, specialising in property litigation. She advises clients on a wide range of contentious property matters, bringing a practical and strategic approach to resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.

Since qualifying as a solicitor, Molly has focused exclusively on property litigation, building on her earlier experience in non-contentious property work. Her in-depth understanding of both transactional and contentious issues allows her to provide well-rounded, commercially informed advice to clients.

Molly plays a key role in Ellisons’ Building Safety Team, advising freeholders, block managers, leaseholders, and construction professionals on fire and building safety issues, including those arising in the wake of the Grenfell Tower tragedy. She also leads the firm’s residential possession and service charge recovery teams, providing proactive support to landlords, managing agents, and housing professionals.

Molly studied Law at the University of East Anglia, graduating in 2012, and was promoted to Associate in June 2023. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Molly is currently on maternity leave.
